We have designed this budget and expense tracking utility with a "Privacy by Design" approach. Our core principle is simple: your financial data belongs to you and stays with you.

Transparency is the foundation of our relationship with users. We do not collect, transmit, sync, or store any of your personal or financial data on our servers.

Financial Data: All information regarding your income, expenses, budget categories, or transactions that you input into the App is processed exclusively on your mobile device.

Personal Information: The App does not require account creation, registration via phone number, email, or social media. We do not identify you as an individual.

Tracking: We do not use hidden trackers to monitor your financial habits for sale or transfer to third parties, such as advertisers or marketing agencies.

3. Local Data Storage

All information about your finances is securely protected and stored locally on your device—only on the device. This means:

  • You have full and exclusive control over your information.
  • Deleting the App from your device will result in the permanent deletion of all entered financial data (unless you have manually created a backup within your phone's memory).
  • Because we do not have access to your data, we cannot recover it for you in the event of device loss, damage, or accidental app deletion.

4. Application Permissions

To ensure proper functionality, Budget Lense by Largo may request access to certain features of your device. These permissions are used solely for the utility’s core functions:

Storage/File System Access: This may be required to enable the export of your financial reports (e.g., in PDF or CSV format) or to create a local backup of your database on your device.

5. Data Protection and Security

Since all data is stored locally, the security of your financial information depends directly on the security of your mobile device. We strongly recommend:

  • Using a strong password, PIN, or biometric protection (Touch ID / Face ID) to unlock your device.
  • Regularly updating your device's operating system to ensure you have the latest security patches.
  • Avoiding the download of malicious software from unverified sources.

6. Third-Party Services

While the App itself does not collect data, it is distributed through the Google Play Store. Distribution platforms may collect basic analytical information (e.g., crash reports, download statistics) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not have control over data collected directly by operating systems or app stores.

7. GDPR Compliance (Your Rights)

As LARGO INVEST SP Z O O is a company registered in the European Union (Poland), we fully support the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, most standard data subject requests (such as the right to access, rectify, or be forgotten) are managed by you directly:

  • You have full access to your data within the App interface.
