1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user"), and LARGO INVEST SP Z O O ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Budget Lense by Largo mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. License and Acceptable Use

2.1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LARGO INVEST SP Z O O grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Specifically, you shall not:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
  • Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) posted by us.
  • Use the App for creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the App.
  • Use the App in connection with any unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

3. Financial Disclaimer (No Financial Advice)

3.1. Tool Only

Budget Lense by Largo is designed strictly as a financial tracking and organizational utility. The App provides tools to help you record, categorize, and analyze your personal budgets and expenses.

3.2. No Professional Advice

The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information, charts, or summaries generated by the App are based solely on the data you input. We do not endorse any specific financial strategies. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions, actions, or omissions you make based on the information managed within the App. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any significant financial decisions.

4. Data Storage and User Responsibility

4.1. Local Storage

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all data entered into Budget Lense by Largo is stored locally on your device. We do not sync, back up, or transmit your financial records to any external servers.

4.2. Risk of Data Loss

Because your data is strictly local, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your information. LARGO INVEST SP Z O O shall not be liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, loss or theft of your device, accidental deletion of the App, or operating system updates. Uninstalling the App will result in the permanent deletion of your internal App data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, application designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics within the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

6. App Updates and Maintenance

We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the App, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP'S CONTENT AND ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LARGO INVEST SP Z O O, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable regulations of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Poland, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms have become effective indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current version of the Terms.
